I have no patience.....building a house is probably not a good thing for me to be doing as I seriously don't have the patience for the waiting game that has to happen between every stage. Having said that, I think to date I've been pretty good.
This morning I decided to call Coral to see how things are progressing. They let me know that the contours have been done (yay!), the site supervisor has been to visit our block (yay!) and that they have called for the soil test and that is expected back in the next week or two. Once they have all of that they'll do the plans up and we'll have a contract to sign. We've decided to speed the process up by going up to do our colour selection prior to signing so that it is all good to go once we've signed. From contract signing it then goes to council and the covenant mob to be approved and we take the contract to the bank.... or is it the other way around? Regardless of that, things are finally progressing.
I opened my email this morning to find the plans for our kitchen and laundry so I thought I'd pop them on here along side a picture of our bathroom vanities. It's all getting very exciting!!!
